Turned out that someone goofed up one of the drivers and activated the watermark function in it...........
Nobody never ever used this function, so the first thought was not in that direction.
For this one machine, there were several drivers installed and coincidentally the one with the watermark has been used in the mentioned case.

Customer called after replacing new cyan drum for Bizhub C360 but machine continued to say "Replace Cyan Drum" Swapped drum with its neighbour without effect. Swapped chip reader with neighbour. No change. Reseated all connectors on interconnect PWB. No change. Replaced engine PWB. New error C-C153. Firmware upgrade required. Could I get some help with a firmware package? Please send to rawlcoulton@hotmail.com. Thanks.

Try starting a new thread. But you can disable the 'replace drum' message with SW 51 HEX F0 and 55 HEX 0C

We can also supply the firmware if still required.
