Paper jam on CLC 2620 fuser

HY FELLOW TECHS,

On CLC 2620 (114 k copies) i have a constant jamming at the fuser assy. Paper goes thru "Enter" sensor(same pm code) then reach "exit" or LEVER DELIVERY and FB6-3662-000 sensor.

Lever of exit sensor was broken so i glued it (i know i know...)

Just when it deactivate "enter" sensor machine jams( end of paper is 2-3 cm away from enter sensor).

History of this problem:
I had same thing when sensor(lever) broke but i glued it 2 times and 2 times worked on 60k and 103k.

I ordered new lever and sensor but in the mean time i cant correct problem. I suspected on sensor but if he doues not work machine shows jam even after reseting the machine. I adjusted the sensor liver in
many directions this time but that didnt help this time. Thats to adjust the time that paper reach sensor.
I checked the pins on connector an non was faulty (didnt check sensor cable)

Could it be something else this time?
Upper roller is deformed a little(mybe slight more then little )

Whats the jam code?
Have you checked the sensor in service mode I/O to see if it is working properly?

I was just interested since im not kind of expert on CLC will firmware fix anything in here since timing take peace of part on this problem. Current firm on machine is from year 2004 and didn't have any other problem on it and forgot witch version is it but (i didn't change it from then, thats i know why is in 2004 )

[ Case in the field ]
Description
This jam code indicates a delay jam at the fixing delivery sensor (PS25).
Cause
There is a case in the field that the lock lever applying pressure to the ITB was broken at a portion where the
spring is hooked and the ITB did not rotate, resulting in a paper jam.
Field Remedy
Check whether the fixing delivery sensor (PS25) operates normally in service mode [COPIER>I/O>DCCON>
P007>bit4]. If there is no problem, inspect whether the lock levers (front and rear) for the ITB are broken
at the spring hook portion. If any breakage is found, replace it with a new one (FB6-2965-000).

Also make sure you check your lower pressure roller bearings as these tend to go bad and cause jams in the fuser.
