IR6000 Light Image

Hello guys,
Need ur expert advise on my problem.IR6000 image too light and partially missing(front part).Had clean primary charging unit,drum blade,pre-transfer unit,separation unit still same.Had even change the pre-transfer charging wire. My machine are refurbish type with total counter of 1109000 pages.
Could it be due to drum life or developing toner problem as i havent change the drum or refill the developing toner since day 1 ? Fyi, i've run well untill around 950000 pages(replaced wire & blade once)..it starts to problem when just power on,after warm up & print ~50 pages it is ok.....NOW.....i cant get it print as normal...Pls help!!!

There are a number of post regarding this problem, try having a look. From what you say, it sounds like a transfer fault, so check the tran/sep carona assem. Is there any difference between internal test prints and from the copyboard? have you checked the height of the carona's, polished the drum?, checked dev uiit and cleaned the mag roller. could be toner starvation?

hi,dam old toner from dev unit and blower then cleen mig rolar.put new toner your problam is ok.if sam problam cleen laser unit.

It sounds like you have a shorting corona ass. I would change all the corona wires and clean all ass. and see if that changes anything. If not then I would change each corona ass. individually to see which one has the problem. The corona ass. should be replaced at around 1.5 mil.

I cant do a test print as well due to my touch panel problem...can only touch 'display' icon....the rest all cannot...seems like the touch panel's grid had moved up as i need to touch above 'display' icon to enter display....

hi man try to clean the tape wire of the touch panel.your problem will be solve but if not thats the time u need to replace the touch panel.and i think theres something wrong of ur transfer as.wash them.

light copies

before i encountered light copies on our IR 105 i did caklibration ,ccorona cleaning etc..only to find out the the distributor gave us toner which is not original although the carton or box where the toner is being kept is like the original one..

The ceramic holder that the trans/sep corona assembly slots into(at the rear of the transport assembly) is broken.
Seen it a heap of times.

how u solve the problem while copy image is light and my ir6000 also facing same proble as you, can u teach me

This problem was posted on 23rd September 2008, The machine is proberbly scrapped by now lol
