[Dead] Canon C5235i Stuck In Start Up

Before this machine stuck in startup.
It will have some very random restart, which we are looking for the issue.

Now when trying to switch on the machine, after booted around 15 second it will auto restart and then it wont start.
Any idea what is really the issue ?

I am suspecting either power supply or main cont is dead.

    - No firmware update before.
    - No connection to any network
    - Hard disk previously check is good.
    - During the whole booting and restarted process screen is blank
    - Try to enter download mode also not working

Nice video but would be more helpful to see the screen!?

Tray open the front cover and turn ON device.

      Mybe a 12V or 24V or 5V or 3,3V in short circuit.

test pull one connector at a time from the DC CONTR and turn on the device.
When you extract the right one, it will change something in the boot cycle.

then search in the technical manual/electrical circuit

Test to unplug one connector on the DC Con and try to turn it. after 16 times trying. Still yet to turn on the machine.

hello good morning, you tried to discard with the main controller pcb1 and main controller pcb2, relay pcb.
If the printer restarts possibly due to some short circuit of any component, remove the fuser unit and turn on the printer

Run a Main Con check...turn off, hold down 2 and 4, turn on while keeping 2 and 4 held down. Machine will run a self diagnosis on controller, RAM,etc. Canons have a remote signal from their controllers to tell the power supply to turn on. If it's missing, usually only the all-nite supply comes on, giving the lit green LED. I personally would flash the HDD with newest software, then go from there. If it's corrupt, machine won't boot. There is also a self diagnosis for the boot system..
