    [Misc] Dirty at line

    Help me with this problem..machine model is ir 3235..
    Already replaced drum & blade, new lower roller & film and also already tried change toner tank..

    That looks more like a developer problem to me.

        Blured line and letters near to it. Does this line repeats at same interval. If so measure the distance.

          Classic compatible toner issue.

          Rebuilding the drum won't help & I bet you only replaced the fuser film not the film assembly, again not helping as you have to apply the correct amount of grease to the heat element.

                  Some compatible toner is inconsistent from batch to batch even though it's from the same company. Just saying....

                    Inconsistency due to lack of proper quality control is always a potential problem with aftermarket supplies.

                      This is 100% low quality toner. This is air in toner and in the time when page go in to heater, line explode, bubble with air explode. That is reason why you see this. I use Data product cartridges and they are fine.

                      You can solve this will lower dencity on black. It will help.
