    IR3300-E064

    Hi,
    My two IR3300 machines are showing E064 error . I traced the problem in both the machines to the Feeder Unit .I put in another feeder unit from a different machine and the problem is solved. My issue is what could be wrong with the feeder unit which causes E064?.There is nothing much in there to go wrong I cleaned the unit ,checked for any cracks,wear and tear, no luck. Any suggestions please

      E064 is a high voltage error and is usually solved with a new drum

          HVT problem.. Don't understand how the feeder is related with that E- code. I guess anything is possible.

              This is just speculation. but the document feeder has nothing to do with Eo64. This is a composite power supply failure, which can be intermittent. My guess is that you'll be back to work on this issue again. =^..^=
              If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                  yes i know logically speaking and going by the manual E-064 could be either power supply or drum unit I changed all the boards even the MFC just to be sure.Not a single copy comes out till i change the feeder unit
