    [CQ] Poor Quality

    Hi Everyone,
    My Canon c5030i machine has printing poor quality of color copies,
    Here with I have attached the picture of test page,

    Please assist on this issue

    I would start with cleaning black/cyan laser slit glasses and patch sensors. Then run auto gradation and auto color mismatch

        If I were you, I would open the Service Manual and go to troubleshooting Image defects. No Service Manual? Get one and use it.

            Looks like a fouled PCR, Remove the drum unit and check the PCR If the marks on the PCR are the same as what shows on the images you will have to replace the drum unit.
