    How to enter download mode for update firmware machine, because no button in panel

    You need to prepare a USB stick using the Canon service support tool (SST) with the system software to reload the firmware.

    We can supply this if required.

      I already have it, but don't know how to enter download mode. For the IRA model, usually press the 2+8 buttons. I don't know about this model. can you help me?

          That model is not sold in The UK.
