    [Dead] Canon C5235I

    Hi guys.
    i have Canon C5235I machine.
    when i started out the machine, all the system up, except the engine.
    there is no sounds except the fans (no engine sound).
    techincal guy told me to repplace the controller. i orederd one and it's still not working.

      i'm technical but not tech.
      i dont have service manual just the regular user guide.

        You shouldn't be working on it if that's the case.

          I just want to know what is the issue and what part i need.
          its cost me alot of money and time...

                What do you have on the screen? Are there any LEDs on or blinking?

                You will need the service manual it has a step by step troubleshooting chapter.

                  i found the service manual here the file link: Dropbox - imagerunner_advance_c5255.pdf - Simplify your life
                  i dont know to find the troubleshooting.

                            We here at CTN are only as good as the info supplied.
                            PERSONALLY I would never order/replace an expensive board until it was certain that the board is the culprit.
                            Read the manual then read it again ... concentrate on the TROUBLESHOOTING section.
