So I found the dev unit with big streaks in it. Hoppers do not have dev feed seals. Also found generic drum with signs of HVT problem with bunching up of toner around the front. Replaced it with OEM.
Replaced Dev - Also found 1 Cya Generic Drum. Replaced it with OEM. Color Mismatch and Auto Gradation passed. Level two shows normal P LED DA =20 So I didnt replace Patch Sensor.
Cleaned sensor and Normal patch sensor flag operation found. Excellent test page 10. e020-0013 on init Cy Dev ONLY = Reboot and run auto grad = no problem.
Replace patch sensor is next but hope problem is solved now.
I am hoping the HVT is good. Ill have to compare it numbers later.
