    [Misc] [Canon 5550i] test page is wrong

    Sometimes it's correct , but after 3 or 4 prints there are always gaps like the first photo.

      I think that I'd start with the primary transfer belt unit.

      How close is it to yield?
      Is it difficult to turn manually?
      If yes, the belt drive or the waste toner drive? Maybe some cleaning would help.

      My guess would be a clogged up primary transfer cleaning unit, dragging down the belt motor drive. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          i would start with the cyan drum, switching with other color to test. looks like it's not rotating correctly.

              If everything checks out mechanically(swap drums, etc), do a REG-CLR in service mode. Reboot then do an auto grad, color correction, etc in user mode

                  Hello, I sent photos of the test type 6, of the drum unit.
                  do maintenance and inspection to the transfer unit (itb belt), then adjustment, init itb, atx-img or mismatch color correction
