Yourwonfree tis is ok with me, I understand. The copier is giving me a E602-0001 code. I really don't know waht happen but it was working ok, and next day I went to the warehouse to have the copier ready to epxort to the customer and this code came out. So by flashing the HD I will actually know if the HD needs to be change for sure.

I was able to get a website that had the SST V3.22 available.

I did already restart the copier with 1 & 9, but to no good results.

Hope any of you guys can help.

sorry no longer available nor has it been available for some time. maybe go back and ask those who did download to share with you. I would have to charge for it now to make my time worth while. I am not sure but I think manuals4you might have it. If nothing else this post has brought in a lot of people to this site. Hope someone has prospered, but I doubt it, everybody wants something for nothing, not taking it out on you, but as many that has ask for it act like We owe it to them. We don't. Occasionally we do help other techs with this tool but usually they already have it, which they get when they are a dealer. Why is it you need it? maybe the problem can be cured without it. Tells us the symptom of the 105 and I am sure someone here can help resolve. SST is not always a cure.The folks here are happy to help they just don't like giving away all their groceries, if you know what I mean. So don't take this post wrong, give us another try that we may help you with the ir 105 what are the symptoms?
