it was happen after jammed on the middle of registration roller.
i've already change DC Con, R Con, M Board, Unit 1, HVT, All Corona, Developing, Laser, CCD unit...
Any ideas...

Pontential control, have you look at that.

i change the upper part of the machine...( RCon, Scanner, PO Cont, Laser, CCD, Lens.)

I've alredy Clear all the program. (Function--Clear--Err, etc)
any other ideas..

Did you try jamming up the machine to see if any images are form on the drum???
One more ? I've should've ask before..
Do you print to this machine.

Is this just happening from the glass.
You change a lot of things in the R-Con area.
If this is happening from the glass then I would understand why things were change at R-Con.

your machine was working fine until u had a jam ??

why did u change all those parts ?? / did printer loose power when it jammed / what was jam code/ any error codes ?? scanning / copying or printing

I had this witha 5055, and tried a new PC, and got a solid black page
Turned out that the PC i fitted was faulty (was 2nd hand grrrrr)
2nd on was new, and fixed it

Does it have a scan lamp? Most canon models will print blanks after the scan lamp blows and the machine is power cycled.
Just a thought.

Have you checked VD(voltage in the Dark area)and VL(voltage in the light area) in service mode?

This sounds like a fun one, I wish I was on site. Troubleshooting through a forum is not so easy.

Try changing the potential board and potential reader. check the wiring for any fault

hi try if the unit one transfer separation assy. is going up or down evry time you insert and lock the unit one.
