    Dirty Prints ... help irc2880

I am using 200 gram card stock..
And when we print, the white paper becomes grayish... Like a thin gray veil is being left on the paper...

any help ? adjusting the fuser temp ? any other ideas ??

Are you using the stack bypass and setting the machine up for Heavy2?

When was the last time you replaced your drums?
I dont' think adjusting your fuser temp is going to help you much.

Is prints OK on normal 80gsm ?
Stop print before enters the fuser!
Are these prints or copies ?

              Regards
