Help with canon clc 5100 Problems printing no errors code given

Every 3rd sheet about is out of register vertically up to an inch. No error codes tried resetting everything but didnt help at all. Do you have any idea what might be causing it to print this way?
It only does it when i print from a computer through the network if i print off the glass or use as test page it prints fine. Any ideas would be apperciated.

Go into Service Mode *28*
FUNCTION>INSTALL>(2/4) IMG-REG 0---------- 1
OPTION>P-OPT>AUTO-REG 0---------- 1
OPTION>P-OPT>RT-PWR 0----------- 1
OPTION>P-OPT>PSTCL-SW 0---------1
Execute FUNC>IMG>AUTO-ADJ

Are the test prints coming from service mode or from the fiery?
Can you tell if it happens before the Fiery or after?

If it is just coming from their computer try deleting the printer and reinstall with the latest driver from Canon U.S.A
