what cause this c3220 to print with thes white line
i did quick and full adjust color gradation and it di not fix the problem i change toner and still the same when i print full color i get these white streak glossy line c3220..jpg
what can i do to fix/check it i just put 4 set brand new canon ink in it the black drum is showin about 1/4 while the other rest is showin close to 1/2 every time i print full color it give that 1 or sometime 2 streak line
You can try shaking them.
Something in the drum unit is causing that voided area, whether its clump starter.
Inspect the drum!
Inspect the fuser as well,
Inspect the secondary transfer roller too.
At this point its best pull out the drum and shake it a bit so that whatever blocking the developing cylinder can probably move.
It will probably go away. If not, where ever you purchase you drums from, If I was you I will call them up and question.
can i shake it or anything just need to do about 100 print
u mention a glossy line or lines ??
u posted that u replaced TONER not Drum ? first off that DRUM life chart has nothing to do with the Toner remaining life scale.
first u need to check The image on the ITB belt/ remove small right side cover above manual feed tray/ run copies look at image on belt before transfer to paper/ i would tell u to run single color PG5 test prints in service mode/ but u are not familiar with it
Do not pay attention to that chart unless u have the latest software/ Canon now use a different variance to determine drum life on control panel screen

Whenever I'v seen prints like that, it turns out that the upper fuser roller has flat spots. You can probably hear it rattling as it prints. The ufr (FB6-3641) can be replaced by itself, but you need to be careful on nip width. Tension springs should be adjusted to a length of 31.5mm so that center of nip-chk print should be about 9mm.
System monitor, bottom right of the control panel screen>Consumables.
If you don't see anything pertaining to drum life, then its not set up in service mode.
You can get better readings in service mode for your drum.
PG5 would be a good suggestion, but we know you have problem with cyan, the attachment speaks for it.
can we narrow it down to FB6-3641 or drum if i get a cyan drum will it fix it or if i get a FB6-3641 will it fix it
try the CYAN DRUM/ always have printer off when replacing DRUM/ then turn on
have u looked at ITB image ?? if it only effects one color why would U replace UFR ?? keep it simple at first/have u tested on other prints with other colors ?
