        Try replacing the transfer roller.

Its doing this in all colors you said..

        There are other factors however.

                    When did this occur?

What has been done for service in the last 6 months?

                    What is the meter count?

The first thing I would do to diagnose this is stop the image in the ITB to see if it looks good. If the image on the itb is ok then the secondary xfer roller or some other xfer issue is happening. Poor xfer can also be caused by bad HVT assembly. but you need to first determine if it is a bad xfer issue or not. If your image on the itb is bad you need to focus on the primary corona for starters or maybe primary transfer roller assembly. You said you replaced the primary corona. Did you replace the whole corona assembly? Or just the wires? Did this problem occur after somebody tried to rebuild the corona?
