        samsogoye:

Take off the front cover and see if the drum is turning> if not
Check if the screw is broken on the drum shaft in the back of the machine.

the screw that holds the gear on the drum shaft.

Hello my brothers I have got a new service manual From tectat and I have found the following information:

15.3.2.3.7 Extreme fogging due to poor connection of LED array for pre-conditioning unit/Occasional E061-0003 Error Code
                    0009-9283
                    iR C6800
[ Inspected by Canon Inc. ]
                    escription
Extreme fogging occurred on images (including non-image area) because the connector [1] (J206) of the LED array inside the AP kit had poor connection.
As a result of inspection it was also found that E061-0003 sometimes occurred and E061-0008 was recorded in the error history.
                    Field Remedy
When a symptom occurs, re-insert the connector on both the LED array and AP kit sides.

Potential sensor or potential sensor connector could be the problem. E061 can also be the laser unit problem.
Check the potential sensor connector (1 of the 5 connector) in front, u need to disconnect it when u want to service the processing unit. The wire could have been broken due to pulling of the wire when disconnecting the connector.

Has the drum phase ever been adjusted on the machine yet? This could also cause an issue.
Oh...... I can't copy at the moment then ? !!!!!!

May I correct your statement of equating difficulty to impossible. In fact it is difficult to find those parts, but when you admit to be impossible, you automatically cease to keep on trying.
