iR330 DADF A1 Right Side Exit Jam

Ive seen this before but just don't remember what it was been along time since
    I've seen this machine.
The DF A1 on the iR330 is jamming half way out the exit on the right hand side.

    Any one remember this problem?

Oh also with the finisher attached can i get it to exit to the top rather than the right side on the A1 DADF.
I know when in fax mode it only exits to the right but this machine has no fax...

    Thanks

Blow out the sensors in the DADF and run Sensor Init to rule out flakey sensors...

AFTER Cleaning sensors & doing a sensor level adjust/ do a Width adj below

      imageRUNNER 330 / 400
      DADF-A1

after performing a Sensor Level adjustment , an Original Width Adjustment needs to be performed. Follow the procedure below, to perform the Original Width Adjustment.

How about some jam codes? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
