[Jamming] Paper jam and blur scanning

    Hi Everyone!
I've got a iR1022. It has two problems, the first it "irons" an edge on the paper when it prints or copies in duplex mode. Only at duplex. I've already cleared the rollers at the duplex unit. What can effect that the double sided copies and prints has an edge ( ironed edge) It doesn't jam , just comes out with edge.
Maybe the fixing film? but why doesn't it edging at simplex mode? why just duplex?

The other problem is when copy from the ADF on the higher part of the CiS it blurs on the copy. The prints are ok. Evethough when copy from the document glass it is better. ( the little glass under the adf is already cleared. )
Error or defect of the CiS?
    Any guess?
thank you in advance for any help.
    Best regards,
    Norbert

The blured image from the ADF, maybe caused from the ADF's hinges
One of them may not be sitting correctly, causing the ADF to sit higher that the rear (on one side then the other)
    Try replacing the hinges FM2-4974

Hinge is not a problem.Frame, base is broken.

              Hi!
Exactly how you've said. the problem was the incorrect hinge and it broke the base frame :S. Must be replaced.
              Thank you for your help.
              Best regards, Norbert
