    11 x 17 bend in the end of the page with legal works fine and letter too

      I would check the fuser film, pressure roller and bushings. Maybe throw some fresh 11x17 to make sure it is not a moisture issue as well.
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

          hi..i agree with charm..also check the paper cassettes and paper path for any obstacles
