    [Error Code] ir5570 E000001-003

    Hi all,
Looking for some assistance on a temperature error on a ir5570.

New fuser roller and three new thermistors, no shutter errors and all looks ok

After resetting works for about 2-3 hours and then errors again

    Canon manual response to error
E0001-0003 The reading is not 150 deg C or higher or
210 deg C or lower within 30 sec.
    - Turn off and then back on the power.

    Any help would be appreciated

Copiers are only as good as there last service

    Make sure the UFR Shutter
inside the upper fuser roller is installed in the correct position/& not reversed

UFR shutter installed in the reversed position will cause a noise and block the Main Thermistor when the shutter should block the Sub Thermistor. In turn, the shutter will block the Sub Thermistor when the shutter should block the Main thermistor.
This will cause improper temperature for the Upper Fuser roller and cause the error
    code.

Check the actuator for the fixing inlet sensor PS51 /can break or become sluggish and cause an error code E001
If the actuator appears to be worn or slow to return, replace the actuator (FC5-5145-000) and the return spring (FU5-2175-000).

also make sure your wall voltage is correct.

You must also update the firmware to the latest version, especially DCCON (35.01)

      Saludos.

& make sure shutter is not deformed/ can easily be deformed when removing unit

look in the ERROR log to note any other ERROR Codes that occur at same time !

Machine normally turns on , does some work then errors, feed back from customer a little shakey
Oh look at the new error
                          E001
There is an abnormal rise in temperature.
After correcting the fault, be sure to reset the error.
                          (COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR)
0001 There is an error or an open circuit in the
main thermistor, shutter thermistor, or sub

                          thermistor.

I removed all thermisters, thinking problem with way i fitted them, I think now installed better my way than the way I removed (blame other guy) It also has a E0732, E0733 just after E001-001

Still found no issues with shutter, entry sensor, UFR, LFR, bearings, bushing, gears, etaining rings, shutter position and timing.
I hope this does the trick

Pay attention to the sub-codes for E732/733 very important

                            E732

                            Turn MULTICAST DISCOVERY off.
                            Additional Functions>System Settings> Network settings>TCP/IP settings>Multicast discovery.

After mounting the fixing roller, check to be sure that the main thermistor [1], shutter thermistor [2], and sub thermistor [3] are parallel and in contact with the fixing roller.
