ir c2020i cutting on ADF

Hi every one here , i installed anew ir c2020i today , every thing working probably , but when using ADF with letter size paper the copy is not complete it seems as you make amargin ,about ten cm not copied .
when using glass the copy is accurate
any help pleeeeeeeeeeeez

sorry teckat , itried to perform service mode but icouldont enter, ist diferrent from normal procedure ( *2,8,*)

ADJ-Y-DF Adj img pstn in DADF mode:horz scan[Frt]
To adjust the image reading start position in horizontal scanning direction at DADF reading.
When replacing the CCD Unit/clearing the RAM data of the Reader Unit, enter the value of service label.
As the value is incremented by 1, the image position moves to the rear side by 0.1mm.

STRD-POS Scan position auto adj in DADF mode
Details To adjust the DADF scanning position automatically.
At DADF installation/un-installation
Adj/set/operate method
1) Set a paper for stream reading position adjustment, and then
close the DADF.
2) Select the item, and then press OK key.
The operation automatically stops after the adjustment.
3) Write the value displayed by COPIER>ADJUST>ADJ-XY>STRDPOS
in the service label

STRD-POS Adj read pstn in DADF mode: front side
To adjust the reading position at DADF reading (front side).

Default value 100-Display/adj/set range 1 to 200
1) Enter the setting value, and then press OK key.
2) Turn OFF/ON the main power switch

Details To set the fixed magnification ratio display and the original detection size with DADF.
It is set automatically at the time of installation of the Reader according to the location.

1) Enter the setting value, and then press OK key.
2) Turn OFF/ON the main power switch.
Display/adj/set range 0 to 3
0: AB configuration (6R5E) for Japan,
1: Inch configuration (5R4E) for North/Middle/South America,
2: A configuration (3R3E) for Europe, 3: AB/Inch configuration (6R5E) for Asia, Oceania, South
America
Default value= The default differs according to the location.

Pres 2 and 8 together in the same time.Check if you using settings button.

don't forget to check your service label settings ?

the IRAD Series machines need to be set up following their install procedure ,
or u will have issues

this model is a much different Box than the iR series,
u need proper Training & a Manual
