replace the vertical path rollers with a gray one.

Grey rollers are shown in Picture/ u change from the Black ones to Grey

You replace the roller shaft assembly. Cassette 1 paper feed assembly must be completely removed to access the top vertical path roller. While you have # 1 out of the copier, you can replace #2's roller while the assembly is still mounted in the copier. Replace them both! Replace the door assembly and the inner guide in cassette 1. While you are at it, and you have the #1 assembly removed, upgrade the pre-registration sensor actuator with one that has the metal sheath over it, and you now have the equivalent of a 3045 paper path, that will reward you with far fewer jams...

Here not available what ever choosed new model of doors and rubbers and tray assembly's seperatly.
i am searching around my nearest cities. Everybody says no... no... no...

........

Finally i set this problem in those A4 trays.

There is no paper jams in A4 tray sides.

i'm not changing any new model doors and grey rubbers and anything..

Deeply reasearch and set it up. Those A4 trays super worked.

after then ....

i load the work non stop continuesly around near 50000 copies. (beleive or not)
Day and Night its works great. No paper jams. No error codes. No quality down. Its completly works better without paper jams.

Still running successfully. i'm Very happy solved this problem.

Recenlty 3 mechines i set it above this type of tray problems. its works fine.

today also i checked once again... running successfully. no jamming.
