IR3170 Dirty soiled background

Hello guys am working on the above color machine.When i photocopy in both black and color,the copies come out with a dirty soiled background. I have changed the drum and cleaning blade the problem has persisted.What could be the problem? Thanx in advance

Do you have a new type of the Transfer Cleaner?

Are your Network prints clear ????

Background when copying from the glass only ????
Check & Enter the value indicated by the bar code found at the upper right on the copyboard glass./Enter in service mode

What type of originals are u copying ??

NOTE: if issue is on all Prints & Copies
U may need to replace>
Main controller PCB (sub PE-A) pcb
FM2-3678-000/ board controls (background removal)
