    Problem on RDF-C1 (NP6035)

    Hy techs, my greetings.

    I have a problem on RDF-C1 for NP6035.
When u place a sheet of a paper in RDF U get a "ready" signal but when u press a start button, machine report an paper jam in upper cover(upper section) and under of the RDF (like RDF pulled a paper from a org. glass)
That happens immediately after i press an start button (not even small paper sensor dosen't flip on paper).
In a past, this happened becose a dirty sensors, but not this time .

I replaced 3 transport (paper detection) sensors and photo diode sensor on rollers. I even replaced a metal plate whit an photo diode for paper detection on startup and this is replaced sensor number 5 . I checked "leg" sensor on right leg (viewing form front) for detecting status of whole RDF (is he raised or lowered) and its working.
And finnaly...i replaced whole RDF main board but still problem is the same and now...
now im out of options Please dear techs advise further and help me as much u can remember since it is an "old" machine
    THX ahead!!

    p.s.
I tried same RDF on two machine NP6035 and both showing same thing

Do you have to switch the machine off to reset the jam? if you do then its a sensor cable that is giving you the problem. The one that causes this is when you open the top flap to clear a jam there is a sensor there and its the cable thats secured along the door . The wire is broken inside the sleeve.i cant remember the sensor number sorry

        Sensor S6

logonjim is right. For details see this post:
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

First of all, I want to apologies for incomplete information, the part i didn't mention that u have to turn the machine to clear RDF, this info would be very helpful. Once again I apologies. I writhed post at midnight since i worked all night and forgot to mention "few" details

I know for one thing...when u stuck in this job, go ask a help! Somebody must know the answer AND U DID !

THANK U logonjim and blackcat VERY MUCH ! problem was a cable. That small Sh*t of cable who make me so miserable, was black color and since i worked at night, i couldn't see it was defected but this is not an excuse at all

I wanted to check for a cables but my first pit stop was in here since i didnt have any more nerves to check them

Once again thx u both !!
So small and giving so big problems... u just have to love this job....
