    Re: paper output

check the shaft with about six black rubber rollers ( about 20mm diameter ) on it just after the fuser exit. these rollers become soft and sticky and came become deformed

agree about checking those black exit rollers > they turn to mush (squeeze them to test)

check for flat spot on fix roller

tech tip---Do Not select HEAVY 1 or HEAVY 2 on any of that paper
that is a lesson learned on this model

Heavy 1*= Heavy 1 paper is from 28 lb bond to 110 lb index (106 to 209 g/m2).--PAPER DRAW, STACK BYPASS & PAPER DECK
Heavy 2*= Heavy 2 paper is from 80 lb cover to 140 lb index (210 to 253 g/m2).-- STACK BYPASS ONLY

        • Basis WeightCaliper Finish or Texture, refers to the surface smoothness of the paper. Paper that is too rough will wear out pick-up rollers, paper guides, and other components on the paper path prematurely. A rough surface finish also degrades the quality of printed output. The peaks and valleys on the paper cause poor toner adhesion, a striped appearance, or characters that have broken corners. Paper that is too smooth results in misfeeds, poor toner adhesion, and washout.
