I'm guessing you're not a tech!?

99.9% of the time lines on this model are caused by the drums.

Have a look at the condition of each drum, you can probably see lines on the drums.

What is the life of the drums service mode > display > misc

If you do replace the drums run a full auto gradation as described earlier and in service mode there is also . function > cleaning > trns clean
what this does is places a layer of yellow toner on the transfer roller. The layer should be uniform across the roller.

function > cleaning > TNR-COAT lays the yellow toner down on the 2nd trans roller to prevent particles from sticking to the ITB and causing white spots
2TR-CLN is used when the sheets are smudged or dirtied by the 2nd trans roller
