Should be a printer reset in sm somewhere. Try getting a manual from Paul at www.justmanuals.com. I don't have one or I'd look it up for you.

There isn't on the 2020's. The only err code related clears are for coin reader options.

        1. I've sent you the manual.

To reset the error do this:

          Press ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS, #
        2. Go to #7 Printer and press OK
        3. Go to #4 Printer Reset and press OK
        4. Yes = ( * )
        5. Power cycle unit.

          Hello all,

Thank you for all of your answers.

I have not received the manual. I tried the method to clear the code but the menu is different and i can't follow the steps !

          Additionnal function, # = bip,bip,bip

Go to #7 = report setting

          ????

The copier is a Canon Image runner 2018.

                Hi,
I have already this manual. I have read a lot but i can't see exactly what i have to do ! I did a lot of search with words like '' fusing, reset, clearing error '', tried a lot of things but nothing happened ????? May be i have connected something at the wrong place ( i don't think so but who know ! ), i will re-install the part for a second time !

                  Hi,

                  I just reinstall all parts.....Error system E000 and E003 appears again.....I did :
                  1. To reset the error do this:

                    Press ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
                  2. Go to #4 Printer and press OK
                  3. Go to #10 Printer Reset and press OK
                  4. That return to principal screen ( not yes =(*) )
                  5. Power cycle unit.

Probably there is an other problem !

I have to say that I didn't change all fixing film unit, only the round tube.....May be that is the problem ?

What was the original problem? E007 would be the film. E000, 001 would be upper assembly

At the beginning, the problem was E007 i changed the film only( it had a lot of crack on the sides ). I kept the old sides items, i removed the film and insert a new one ! After that, codes E000 and E003 appeared. I tried to reset the code but i am still not able.

Sounds like something's not connected or connected properly if you're getting those codes and they won't reset. If not, you may have to replace the upper assembly.

Fixing film assembly on left. Whole fuser would be easier but much more expensive.
