    Once all of the above is done...... it has been said that it could be HVT 2 (high voltage pcb number 2 )(FK2-0489-000).

      Yes this is the same fault I have, not quite as bad, I would start with a new OEM drum, even if it is not yet up to 100% if the drum fixes the fault you can rule out a charge/HVT fault.

      If the fault returns look at toner supply issues.

      What does the K DENS % show? should be around 0%, -4% means low black toner density
