tell us the jam code , check the heater sensor some time the sensor broken in the middle of it theres a small plastic check it ,the jam occur on one sided or 2 sided

Check the duplex inverter guide that sits on the door, specifically the foam pads that it rests on. When they get old the guide sits too low in them and gets stuck which will keep the paper from exiting the fuser properly. Also posting the jam code does help others help you.

Also if you are fitting just the fixing films, not the fixing film unit then these will cause fuser jams & smudging etc.
