If you forgot the administrator password you created during network setup, select Restore Settings in the Network Setup menu to set a new password

How do you setup a Epson WF-C4810 to email using a Office 365 account? The printer appears to be wireless. Did not set this up but once logged into their computer I can see the printer and the setting and verify the Auth methods
    Auth method - SMTP AUTH
    Auth account - **********
    Auth password - *********
    SMTP server address - smtp.office365.com
SMTP server port number - 587
    Secure connection - STARTTLS

    Errors out when tested

    are these setting correct?

      Hey Troops,

I have an Epson AM-C4000 with 4 cassettes and an inner finisher. When it was installed, everything worked fine, then a couple of months back they started getting a "Wrong paper size" error.

I followed through the video clips on removing the belt unit and was able to check and clean the paper sensor. I reassembled everything, and trays 2-4 plus the bypass tray all worked properly, but cassette 1 still throws a paper size error.

I'm stuck.... does anyone have any ideas?

      Thanks in advance,

      Steve

        Hey gang...

Quick update, I went and re-cleaned the paper sensor behind the belt, and I also updated the firmware. Everything works as it should now.

        Thanks for the assist!

I would make sure that the tray hasn't moved. A recent firmware update has changed the way you check and adjust centering. We had one in the field that was having issues like you're experiencing, and after the tech adjusted all of the trays, they don't have that issue anymore. He didn't notice any issues with the output at first, but couldn't argue with the results.

        Good day all,

Any ideas on how to get rid of all the virtual USB ports listed in the Epson adjustment software? Have so many ports (more than 100) causes command issues.
I have tried sending commands to registry using script (.bat) but for some reason the ports remain in the Epson software.
I have also tried to uninstall reinstall the software with no positive results.

Someone told me to do a Windows reset and setup all programs (Office 365, Outlook...) but this a bit drastic.

        Any help would be appreciated.
The product may be brilliant and the salesperson proficient, but if the technician isn’t efficient, then the story will end there.

Maybe with Device Cleanup Tool ?
reset USB port, restart USB port, close window by commandline, increasing COM port numbers, DeviceCleanup, Device Cleanup, remove hidden devices from device manager, ioctl decoder, DeviceIoControl Decoder

          Run as administrator

          Thank you for the reply.!
I managed with a script (.bat) file created in AI. Deleted all the drivers, reinstalled the ones I needed.
          Worked like a charm.

After Upgrading MY SC T5200 with the PS3 Unit the Epson Print Automate doesn't work at all citing the correct driver isn't installed. I uninstalled the regula driver and installed the PS3 driver from Epsons website. Even the layout manager doesn't work properly with that driver. Are all the Layout and Print Automate programme just for the regular models and not the PS models?

          Hello Techs,

Does anyone have any information on the manual feed tray rollers of this model. I have a service manual, but there is no section on how to get to the manual feed tray feed rollers.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi again, you wouldn't know how to retrieve the input ID number for service support mode for this model?

Good morning, I have this printer with error code 032051, the manual says that it could be the contact of the additional drawer (I don't have the additional drawer) I also tried to disconnect the contact located under the printer from the mainboard, has anyone solved this problem? thanks .

Any of you know why this plotter is saying its 'offline' on the webpage?

I can reach the webpage, but the customer can not print.

Maybe subnet or Gateway is wrong? change it to DHCP and see what happens and what info it pulls? Snap a picture of how it's set now though, including DNS.

Also had one of their plotters a few weeks ago not be able to scan to folder, had to wipe it back to factory and put the settings back in because I tried everything else. Had similar issues with the WF series MFP's. Something about their initial config can get screwy, so you wipe it and it ends up fine.

Is the driver port with the hostname instead of the IP address ? Not related with the Offline message but I had problems when the driver was using the hostname instead of the IP, and for whatever reason it stopped working (and it was fine for the driver with IP).

I am trying to diagnose an Epson WF-R5690 MFP. The printer displays "Contact Epson Support", no codes are shown. I was able to get into the maintenance mode and it displayed " Fatal Error code 8ah" I tried all the usual online searches and cannot find this code anywhere. Thank you for any input you might share.
