C224 & C454 manuals on Infohub

Can anyone help me by supplying a link where I can download the service and parts manuals for these machines. I've been servicing KM's right back to the CF900 days but have no access to manuals anymore. I've got access to Infohub but cannot for the life of me find the manuals!!! How frustrating is that site!!

They're all there, the site does hang you just have to be patient!

Here's a link to the C224 series firmware & all manuals etc you will need to log in to access it.

I've finally got them but what a joke, the Sharp Tech site is fantastic up to this. I cannot see how a tech could go onto this website while working onsite it would take too long to find anything. SORT IT OUT KONICA MINOLTA!! ( rant over lol )

the easiest way, is once you're in KNOVA, select the product, then type SAL in the search bar...it's brings up manuals & FW

You should try using the Remedy site we, here in Canada, have to deal with. It's what KonMin supplies us tech to use for finding tech bulletins. It is just slightly north of useless. It will either give you zero results, or over 200 results. Either way it is not helpful.

In the UK its not too bad, Like kingarthur said, Type "C224 SAL" for example into Knova and you get one document with everything in, SHB, Parts, User manuals, Firmware, Install guides and so on

What exactly are you having difficulties with?

Its very simple, type the model number you want add a space followed buy 'SAL'

I also have to be honest ... After 2 years I still find it difficult to find what I need easily. hahah
To understand something you need to dedicate half a day to infohub. It has also recently changed in Europe and they have joined many microsites on one page.

How much do we need to donate to get access to your library? I'm interested in getting 2 service manuals and a Fiery installation disk for C6500. Thanks!
