I have a couple of donated bizhub c308 units to a local charity, and the drives have been formatted and lost the movie animation files and been asked if I can help. I know how to get the files on the printers, I just need the file(s). Can anyone help me? Firmware would also be nice to update to latest!

My HDD in printer crashed, i replace it and now have alert with missing Animation Guide.
