Ping the Fiery's ip address. Try to access it via Remote Desktop.
If you can do those things, it could help understand what went wrong. The Fiery could be hung up on some corrupt print job - running a cleanup.bat file (somewhere on the spool folder, I can't recall exactly) might bring it up to life.
If you can't ping or rdp to it, then there's only one thing to do: Reinstall the system firmware, with the possibility that the harddrive needs to be replaced too...' "But the salesman said . . ." The salesman's an asshole!'

with an E1 message (usually AA if SS corrupt) i would remove the cover and check the fans and heatsink on the CPU, ive seen 2 break legs and cause the fiery to error and eventually reboot. not that this one is but id check it out physically first.We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
