I have successfully registered in ''CE initial Registration'': received an email providing login information is my email and login password. However when I login in the ''Administrator Menu'' mode it fails because it has to login with User name and Password.
can you help me how to login to 'Administrator Menu'

nothing i can do. my logon does not work either.
i get.."Failed to login.
The entered e-mail address is not registered. Password policy has been updated.
If your password is under 12 digits, you need to change it.
*You can change your password by inputing User ID/Password that was made to 12 digits by suffixing "0" (zero) and clikcking "Login" button.
e.g.) If your password is "abc12345", input "abc123450000" (adding four zero at the foot of password) to "Password" field.
