[Error Code] Konica minolta bizhub c224e error FA14

Hi all ,
I had a call today that a c224e was not printing issue.I went there to see If I could able to check the network but the machine was showed up the error FA14. I restarted the machine and checked the error history it was only FA14 . Tried to transfer the data SSD to HDD at 50% it stopped working and I restarted it it shows that CE-301. Then I disabled the HDD it's works. But there is no networking . When I plugged in the network cable it got hangs.
Whether I have to replace the HDD or anything else. Thanks in advance.

update the firmware to k-6 also make sure there is no corrupt jobs in the q or duplicate ip. ping ip with cable unpluged

Think there is a bulletin about that code. Wox is usually spot on with his info, but if it doesn't work I'll see if I can find the tech bulletin.

Thanx Wox,

There is no Duplicate ip, but when I connect the network cable on machine, it became slow.
I tried to reset the network settings even though same.

Copy man can u attach the bulletins it may helpful .\

There are actually a few firmware updates since K6. I just updated one last night to G20-M0. The bulletin lists the C-E301 error as one of the fixes.
