C452 strange lines

Hi everyone,

Today I got a biz hub c452 which prints and scans vertical colored lines, not consistent either. Some are dashed lines. See sample.

I would say its down to MFP or a printer controller board. I would personalty try MFP board 1st.

Did you try stabilization image?

Check Transfer Belt, maybe is gear who turn Image Transfer Belt.

thats ram /memory artifacting. looks like its in the working memory area . try removing and cleaning and reinstalling ram, also try replacing it. there is also ram built onto the mfp board.

had a 423 do the same, was the mfp board in our case.
