    It might help to know what hypothetical model of MFP this is. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      what machine. are you saying you replaced a mfp board? and was it from another machine. did you try and do firmware and got this. little more info needed. i dont do mind reads on fridays

            Biz hub 654e..tryed 3 MFP boards...firmware updated to latest version....than hangs up and locked up..right there

              if you used a board from a different machine then yeah you have a problem. you might use a reset tool to get this to boot up. your not supposed to swap pwb's. they back each other up and if the info is not the same it wont boot

                Have you tried initializing the MFP board? That would be required anyway, if perchance your boards were used. =^..^=
