Konica Minolta C364 Scanner Adjustment Centering - Color Chart

Getting problem with Side Edge Margins in Konica C364. From all the paper trays it is same.

For ADF we adjusted in Service Mode by going to Machine-Scan Area and Side Edge and it is fine.

But from the platen glass still getting less margin on the side.

Do we need to have Konica Minolta Color Chart. If someone can send us.

    Thanks and Regards,

Check your trays. Make sure the side to side fences are centralized and not off set to one side. Once you get that in the right place for the off the glass copy then adjust the DF.

      Fences are centralized.

Print is fine but copy from Platen glass is still same. Please find the attachment. Thanks

        The medication helps though...

Excuse me for saying so, but isn't you're image reduced 8% along the short edge and 3% along the long edge, if those arrows were touching the edge of an A4 original? Don't you thing you should address that first, before trying to move the image around? =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

            Leading Edge is fine.

            It is Long Edge (Landscape).

            Thanks

You have to do print area then do scan area. Do all the adjustments including the magnification adjustment.
                You don't need a chart.
                Whatever
