    [CQ] Copy and Impresions Blank

Hi, I have a blank printout failure on a Konica Minolta BH184 computer, it's the same BH164 / 185/215/163. The customer misbehaved the equipment and turned it face up, which caused a developer bottle, it was placed again and an internal cleaning was done and began to make copies and white prints, the scanner and unit of image unit, they are fine. The high voltage source seems to work well. If anyone has any similar experience and can help me I would appreciate it, Regards

    what does that mean?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
    The medication helps though...

I'm interpreting this to mean that the machine was laid on it's back, then righted again. A large fraction of the developer probably left the developing unit. Some cleaning was done, but nothing was done about the developer that is now gone.

        Am I close? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
