It means that drum is not charging. Since it happens on every dum you put in and that drums are working fine on other machines, you should check HV board (replace if needed) and clean HV contacts.

Also make sure that the developing unit isn't dumping developer at the front, and sanding the drum surface. I ended up changing out a black developing unit for this. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I'd start with the HV board circuit not the HV contact plates. It is a lot faster. You take the rear covers off and side panel where Network and USB ports are + the whole chassis cage block (MFPB+PRCB+HDD+SSD) Behind that block you'll find HV Board. Replace that one first and see what happens.

How are your other consumables like? ITB and Devs.

I had one magenta dev wrecking lot of K devs and TX belts and Drums till we replaced it along with HV Board and FRB (Front Board)

ok will try to replace it with another one, other are fine although near end of life, just changed the Yellow IU on that as it started giving a line in the middle

will i see the result immediately if replace the HV board or could it have damaged the Black Drum/Corona?

You say you have tried this drum in another machine & it prints good? So you know the drum is not damaged.

Before you replace the HVT try another black dev unit first.

I assumed this is printed image but just in case comes silly question: is this a printed image or copy? Scanned images are OK?

And you just replaced HV2 board and not HV1 am I right (according to the picture)?

that is just a picture taken from LG g5 to show you the HV 2 board i changed and took the prints (lying under the board)
                        scanning is fine
i checked the fusing unit for any marks that seems ok too

Only black IU give this issue weather you print or Copy

Found this on the Service Manual (See attachment)

Did you check the charge corona and PC drum negative contact? Maybe they are broken, misaligned or deformed.
