I have account in infohub and I can't find a GBF-M0 firmware to c224. In knova it's a 654 754 series. Can you send me document DL name?

I have this document. But when I found GBF-M0 its only for 654 754 series.

Search for "version up firmware" in Knova, I think GBF-M0 have been replaced with a newer version.

i have install GB6-M0 but still can't scan to smb v2.

did you jump over the first firmware to be installed?
follow the document posted, you will need 2 firmwares and movie data.

You need the version up firmware.

When I search GMF-M0 firmware i see only for 654, 754 series and can't install to c224/c284/c364/c454.

it may not be available in your country?
that machine is over 10 years old and discontinued for support which may be why the special FW may not be available anymore.
nobody likes to pay for an upgraded machine but we (the copier industry) do not control global internet security standards so maybe customer will buy a new(er) machine?
