Is anybody able to send me the firmware for the KonicaMinolta 240f please? The machine shows the logo and stops with MB system error 12500. At CF card is written MB-750 - B3A0A0, before failure the machine reported
Main 240f EUR E4A0A0
Network MB750 C9A0A0
PCL OP700 EN B1A0A0
It seems to be a problem in network section, the checksum is missing.

O.K., it's not a problem to support the forum, but I have to be sure that the firmware files will help me at least a little

We can supply you with the latest firmware however it's not a guaranteed fix, you could have a failed controller board.

If you call KM official tech guy to solve problem (for labour fee of course) maybe he will give you some sort of guarantee.

It's a sad finding - I supposed the forum is for users to help each other. Is it all really just about money? And as write "copier tech" maybe is bad the controller board. That's why I don't want pay the fw before try.


The copier is not for bussiness, it is only for using in our basic school. We got it as a gift from a office and it was good for two years. We can call KM official tech guy of course, but it not good idea, the machine is old.

I've seen plenty of end users receive help on here. Only my opinion but I don't think making a $10 contribution is much to ask. The techs here on this site don't get any of that money. If they do, I want my cut.

Seriously tho, people come on here all the time wanting something for free. Can 't have that...
