Bizhub 240f, firmware

Anyone able to send me the firmware for the KonicaMinolta 240f please? Machine is stuck on the KonicaMinolta logo and doesn't continue booting. Seems I need FW:

MB-750 Firmware version B9A0A0
OP-700 Firmware Version A5A0A0
Konica Minolta 240f Firmware Version D4A0A0

Are you sure about that model #? I don't see it listed on the K/M dealer site. Perhaps it is only sold in Europe?

Its originally a Muratec which is being sold in Europe as Bizhub-240f.

Would the firmware only be available on the Europe Website??

RICOH 1515 in the blood.

Don't think so Allan. Its basically a Muratec 2550. Even its Webinterface is showing "Muratec"

Until now I was able to revive the little beast two times with installing the firmware. Now it is not even accepting that anymore. The progress bar hangs in the last 10%. Machine is in a very hard to reach location, 7 stairs to climb, otherwise I would have replaced since long.

Any ideas? I have another working scrap machine to cannibalize for boards....... or better use it as Boat Anchor?

I had one restarting problem (boot loop) on 240f and solve with replacing cf card from other scrap machine and it works.
Do not know is that your problem but just a hint.
What firmware version you have now?
You tried few different usb memory for firmware upload?

Changed the CF-Card and machine came up. However there was an error message "501" firmware not matching. Tried to update the FW on that CF-Card from the scrap machine but it says "NG"

The firmware available to me is:

240f_EUR_D0A0A0_update.bin
240fEUR_Ver.txt

and

FWUD.bin
MB750_Ver.txt

I use a 2GB USB Stick

Any help please?

About the 501 error,it could be different firmware version on current machine and donor machine cf card.
Check and match all 3 fw versions 240f,MB750,OP700
Try to get cf card back to donor machine and update firmware to be the same versions as on the other machine and try then replacing cf card again.
When you get NG during did you check error code ? (The datailed errror code will be displayed when you press <Setting>, <*>, <9>, <8>.)
If not try to disconnect lan cable before firmware update.
Also try manual mode method fw update if auto not working.

The little creep is back on his feet. Changed the CF-Card and updated the firmware once again but now more careful than the 1st time.......

BTW: I have following FW, are these the latest & greatest, or is there "better" ?

240f_EUR_D0A0A0 and
MB750_B9A0A0
But unfortunately not the PCL OP700_EN

Is anybody able to send me the firmware for the KonicaMinolta 240f please? The machine shows the logo and stops with MB system error 12500. At CF card is written MB-750 - B3A0A0, before failure the machine reported


Main 240f EUR E4A0A0
Network MB750 C9A0A0
PCL OP700 EN B1A0A0


It seems to be a problem in network section, the checksum is missing.
