    Bizhub c224 black dev eating

Hi all, scratching my head on this one. Have a C224e which has been eating dev over the last 6 weeks. Have replaced both drum and dev unit. Genuine parts and genuine toner being used. No error codes. Have replaced HV board also. Runs fine for about 5 days then dev is depleted. Have run stabilisation and get a weird pattern on the black test scan patter. Printing is fine though until dev runs down. Any ideas as on 2nd dev unit now and customer has called agin today saying the low dev pattern is appearing again on prints/ copies. Machine has been cleaned, checked contacts. Has had a new transfer belt recently but hasnt coincided withdev depletion. Help!! Thanks in advance.

If any of the Dev and/or drums are over life you will have to replace them. "Any" dev unit can dump if one of the other drum or dev units are over life.

keep in mind, if you dont use OEM toner you are also killing the units.
but check the bushings in the ENG document
