    [CQ] Fusing trouble BH C654e

Hello mates! I'm having poor fixing after 3rd print on thick 4 paper. Fusing unit has just 500k so I've tried replacing fusing belt and pressure roller. It makes the exact same fail. I've tried setting up the temp and slowing the speed, and "quality" over "productivity" settings with no results.
    Toner is OEM.
Could it be the pressure motor or IH coil or board (even if no error codes)?
I dont want the costumer spending cash in another fusing unit and get the same results.
    Thanks!

What gsm? Within machine specs? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You must be aware that is the maximum media weight. Try lighter weight media. =^..^=

the C754 should be the same

It's always the same with customers that were working in certain way and out of the sudden the results changes, they become stubborn and don't listen to reasons. This one was using this paper during all this time without a problem.
I tried to convince him to use lighter paper before. Having learned that there is no much more to do, I hope your answers may help him to reconsider.
            Thanks again!

According to that site, maximum recommended is 200 gs?

If it were me, I'd look at chart 1.3, page C-3 of the service manual:
52 to 256 gsm for the trays
52 to 300 gsm bypass, and no more than 50 pgs loaded at a time of 300 gsm

... and I would have checked and weighed paper samples, then viewed the manual, then spoke with the customer. =^..^=
