    [Jamming] FS-534 j7216

Hello, within 4 days of each other I have gone to 2 separate accounts with j7216 jams. On both occasions I have found that the hole punch pin on the finisher front side was bent as well as the entrance guide assy that the rubber rollers and pinch rollers rest in. Has any one else had these issues? Is there a bulletin I'm missing on the KM site? Am I just unlucky?

Just unlucky I guess. Most of the finisher jams I see associated with the FS-534 are from the eject belt assy, or the regulating plates. Also watch out for the inlet mylars wearing through the fold, creating a loop of mylar to snag paper entering the finisher.

But thanks for sharing. I'll watch for it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
