Bizhub c554 fuser gate pickoff finger
Only part listed in the manual is the whole fuser. Just missing the middle pickoff finger on the gate that opens to get jams out. Customer tore it off. Does anyone have a part number for this? Thank you in advance

Do you have any old used fusers for that model? This is exactly why we save a couple of the old ones from each model from PMs, to use for parts.Started in the copier service business in the fall of 1988 and worked at the same company for 33.5 years, becoming the senior tech in 2004 but left to pursue another career on 4/29/22. -

Do you have a photo? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

No we don't have any extra old fusers for spare parts ...this client has the only two machines and never had the fusers done in them as of yet ... we have a few old fusers from other Konica Minolta models ...will see if we can match some up ...thanks for all you help ...Comment
