make sure all your filters are clear so air flows. may need a dehumidifier. rains alot in florida but dont really have that problem.

All filters were in good condition. but I will check again! thanks
Ventilation equipment is attatched back side.
Room humidity is between 30% and 60%(rainy season). normally 30~40%.

Many places around me are complaining about the problem.

          Yep!
Toner, Drum, Developer, Blade, web, belt and etc
          All parts are genuine.

          Drum causes this problem.
some Drums were OK. but most of DR-012 is making trouble.

          I can't replacing it everytime.
So I have to cleaning it.

          thanks for your reply!

I would suspect some bad batch of drums. Can you claim those with the problem back to your KM distributor?

              Strange situation...
Does it matter what is drum life when starts making this problems?
How do you clean drum and after cleaning it is ok?
First and last time i was cleaning drums every few days was few years ago when all get faulty batch od DU-102 drums.
Soon KM,relase firmware and modified cleaning blade...
But that was different problem, cleaning problem, not like this in your case.

Is there a time factor, like in the morning after turning down the air conditioner overnight? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yep. Faulty Drum Issue. KM knows this issue.

                  I exchanged drums several times.
Under 100,000p is free. but over 100,000p is not.

                    Sometimes new.
                    Most are between 100,000 ~ 300,000pages.
I used a dry towel or ethanol for cleaning.
                    After Cleaning is OK.

Depending on the DRUM condition, it can be several hours or days.
It occurs when the operation rate of the equipment is low.
However, it can not be used consistently every day.(weekend, holiday. etc...)

                      thx
